October 13 CAULFIELD GUINEAS DAY

There was jubilation & disappointment, hard luck stories , tough runs. What a massive build-up to this raceday. As usual Caulfield Guineas day certainly delivered. We couldn't wait to see these superstar 3 year colts do battle, and did they put on a show ! Could All Too Hard finally give us what we all new was within, class, could he jump cleanly ? Like his famous big sister, the barrier blanket worked wonders on him. He was faultless on the day and the rest is history. Well done to team Hawkes, the belief they had in their colt was now justified. Pierro the triple crown winner had his future secured already and lost no admirers with his herculian effort , all courage considering his tough run. Oh what was to come in the weight for age championship on Oct 27, these two boys putting on show their class all over again ! The autumn can't come quick enough !!
